I really enjoyed my stay with Award Vacation Homes! The whole experience was relaxing and these guys made staying with them a breeze! I will definately be booking with them again!

I stayed in a four bedroom villa with my wife, two daughters, their husbands, and my two grandchildren. Everyone of us thought the villa was excellent and the decor was well kept. Award seems to do a very good job on keeping the villas in first class condition. They are in good proximity to the amenities and getting to and from the villa was good as far as driving was concerned. I gladly recommend renting one of the villas as i do not think you will be disappointed. Regards Peter

We received the credit slip today for our rental. I really appreciate the prompt manner in which this was handled. Hi Tina, We just returned from our Florida holiday. We had the pleasure of staying at the Kilbride home for 8 nights. I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how terribly pleased we were. The home was spotless and had all the conveniences of home and more. The pool was lovely, all the beds extremely comfortable, and all the bathrooms were beyond clean. Hello, My family and I just visited Florida and had the opportunity to stay in one of your vacation homes. It was the Spring Time Dream Home in the Orange Groves. We just wanted to let you know our stay was wonderful. We have told everyone we know about your wonderful properties. We visited the model homes while we were there and thought about doing one ourselves. (That still is not out of the question!) You made our vacation complete! It was the next best thing to home (even better with the pool) The home was clean, beautifully furnished, well maintained, and the pool area extended our relaxing vacation! We can't say enough about it! We had small children and the home fit all of our needs! Thank you so much for reassuring me – actually I spoke with Kris late yesterday and she assured me as well. I very much enjoyed dealing with Kris and Autumn during this process. Each of the ladies acted very interested and as though they love what they do – informative and very helpful and patient with my many questions. My secretary and I have spoken with many many people trying to make various vacations and travel plans – your company far exceeded each of these via telephone….and I am hopeful such will continue. In today’s environment of fraud and crazy “schemes” I simply became a bit nervous when the address time after time came up as invalid on my mapping systems. Our family rented one of your homes, The Martin's Nest, last week for our visit to the Orlando area and Disney. The home was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. Dear Sally, We had a wonderful time in Florida. We didn't want to leave. The home was perfect. I filled out the form and hopefully our comments were helpful. I really liked the home, the decor was lovely, and I totally enjoyed the spa! My family had a few other comments to share. My son wished there was a clock radio in each bedroom. (They loved the TV's as we don't allow them to have their own at home!!). The neighborhood was so quiet otherwise as we were the only ones out in the neighboring houses. We left very early this am and hopefully all was in order. We did leave the detergents we bought figuring the housekeeper could use them. It's a pleasure to deal with you and I beleive in your case It's not just business, You're just a nice Person. We had a great time a the house again this year, even better then last year. The house was very clean and the pool was excellent and well taken care of. I noted the improvements you made in the bedrooms and the access provided for internet. The shrubs also added to the beautiful landscaping. I had an opportunity to visit another Orange Tree rental close by (not serviced by your management Co.) and the house was way below the standards set by Enchanted View. When the people renting the house visited me they immediately saw what a superior house that I had. Thanks again for the full sized Crib that you provided, It was installed on time, and my grand daughter was very comfortable. Best Regards Richard K

Hello, I just wanted to tell you that we had a wonderful time at Serenity II last month. The extra step of adding the security fence around the pool was fantastic. We had a 3 year old with us and we never had to worry about the possibility of her getting into the pool by herself. I personally enjoyed one of the best vacations I have ever had. This was the first time I had ever rented a home in Florida, but I can assure you it will not be the last. Thank you very much, John Lotti (and the gang)

We booked the villa for four adults in October 2008 as it was good value for money, in a very good location and had two "master" bedrooms. Although we had seen photos of the villa, they didn't really do it justice. The amount of space that we had was great and the pool area was perfect for the days when we were lazing about as it was quiet and it isn't directly overlooked by any other properties. The villa was clean and tidy and kept to a very good standard of maintenance. It is also near to several supermarkets, some restaurants and is only a 20-30 minute drive to the Disney/Universal parks (although the time definitely depends on traffic)! We loved the fact that we were able to have breakfast, plan our day and not feel that we had to get out as soon as we were up like you do in a hotel. The villa also gave us the option to stay in some nights and use the BBQ or just relax over pizza! The owners, Dave and Julie, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They answered any queries promptly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The invoices they sent were very clear and the information pack we received prior to the holiday was full of information and left nothing to chance! On our first day we had to speak to the management company regarding the safe and they were prompt and efficient in getting the matter sorted for us. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough to anyone who wants the convenience of central Orlando but to be away from the hustle and bustle! Claire & Bill Aitchison

This trip was planned for my daughter's fifth birthday, we came all the way from NJ, MI & NC. Our family enjoyed the lovely, cozy house and above all, the pool! Thank you for opening the doors to your home. We really had a great time. The kids were not ready to leave this place. We will be back!
