Welcome to our newly built vacation home in Orlando! Situated on an oversize plot in the heart of the prestigious community of Orange Tree, our beautifully equipped home provides the perfect base for your stay in the sunshine state. Situated just minutes away from Disney and within easy driving distance of many wonderful golf courses and all the other fantastic area attractions, the location is perfect for young and old alike. |

 The Family Room The great room has plenty of comfortable seating and is equipped with a large screen TV and a games console for your entertainment. A DVD player complete with a selection of movies is also available for you to enjoy. The lanai and pool areas can be accessed directly from the great room via the patio doors. |
 Master Bedroom The first master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and a 19 TV. |
 Game Room Furnished with equipment of the highest quality the games room consists of an 8ft, slate-bed pool table, an electronic darts board and an 8ft air-hockey table with computer display and sound effects. |
 Kitchen Our kitchen is fully equipped with a range of modern appliances including a microwave, range, fridge with icemaker and sink with waste disposal unit. |
 Master En-Suite Bath The first master bathroom has a walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, garden tub and walk-in closet. The pool can be accessed directly. |
 Third Master En-Suite Bathroom The third bathroom is en-suite to the queen bedroom and is equipped with a vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. |
 Breakfast Nook Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast nook, which can seat 4 people in comfort. |
 Second Master Bedroom The second master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and a 19 TV. |
 Fourth Bedroom The fourth and fifth bedrooms are both equipped with twin single beds, 15 TVs and walk-in closets. |
 Formal Dining For eating in a more formal setting the dining room table seats 6 8 people. |
 Second Master En-Suite Bathroom The second en-suite holds a vanity sink with tub/shower combo for the second king bedroom. |
 Fifth Bedroom The fourth and fifth bedrooms are both equipped with twin single beds, 15 TVs and walk-in closets. |
 Pool and Spa Our beautifully designed, larger than average, screened 30 x 15 pool is between 3ft and 5ft deep and can be heated if required (additional cost). The deck area is also much larger than the average home and the pool is accessible from all sides. There is plenty of room on the deck to either pick your spot in the sun, or if you prefer in the shade. Adjacent to the pool is a park style BBQ. |

 Fourth Bathroom The fourth bathroom is situated between the fourth and fifth bedrooms and is equipped with a vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. |

 Lanai Kick back and enjoy the Florida atmosphere by relaxing on our covered patio. |
