Visit our luxury air-conditioned, 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom villa which sleeps up to 14 persons. Our villa boasts excellent facilities including games room and High Speed Internet with disabled access throughout. Situated in the heart of the prestigious Orange Tree community with recreational facilities consisting of soccer pitch, tennis/basketball courts and tot-lot. The villa is only minutes drive from the Disney resorts and shopping plaza. |

 The Family Room The great room has a remote controlled ceiling fan, sofas and occasional tables for relaxation, an entertainment center comprising upgraded cable TV and DVD/VCR combo. |
 Master Bedroom The master bedroom features a King size bed, reading lamps, clock/radio and telephone with answer-phone. Additional security is provided for by a floor mounted safe in the walk-in closet. |
 Game Room The games room comprises of a pool table, indoor basketball game and electronically scored darts. The front and back entrance to the villa are ramped as is the internal entrance to the games room. All doors are sufficiently wide enough to allow a wheelchair through. |
 Kitchen The fully fitted kitchen features a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and ample cutlery and crockery. A wall mounted telephone is also located in the kitchen. |
 Master En-Suite Bath The en-suite bathroom boasts a vanity unit, wall-mounted hairdryer, garden tub and handicapped accessible shower with built in shower seat. |
 Third Master En-Suite Bathroom The En-suite bathroom includes a vanity unit with shower tub. |

 Fourth Bedroom The fourth bedroom comprises a double bed, bedside unit and reading lamp. It also benefits from fitted wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. High chair and baby cot are available and stored in this room. |

 Pool and Spa French doors open from the great room on to the beautifully spacious lanai where you can relax on the poolside furniture whilst overlooking the pool and spa. A poolside safety screen is fitted and a barbeque is provided outside on the grassed area. |
